We’ve been answering business phones since 2007

CloudSecretary is the US service of Yo Respondo Telesecretariado S.L., a European answering company founded in 2007. The same operation handles more than 44,000 calls a month for over 800 active clients with 15 in-house receptionists. CloudSecretary brings that operation to US businesses, in English and Spanish.

Where this comes from

CloudSecretary isn’t a startup that decided answering phones looked like a good market.

The company behind it has been doing exactly this since 2007, for clinics, law firms, accountants, estate agents and sole traders — over 800 active clients, more than 44,000 calls a month, handled by 15 receptionists on staff. Some of them have been on the phones for more than ten years.

That’s the part worth knowing before you hand someone your line: this is a working operation with nineteen years of call logs behind it, not a new brand learning on your customers.

Why the US, and why now

Two reasons, and the second is the honest one.

The service translates. A business that loses calls loses them the same way in Madrid and in Miami. The problem doesn’t change with the country; the language does.

Bilingual is the whole point. In the US, "press 2 for Spanish" is the industry standard, and it’s where callers hang up. Answering both languages in the same seat, on the same number, with the same person, is something a European operator that has always worked in Spanish can do without building a second team.

So CloudSecretary is not a translation of the Spanish site. Different brand, different market, different pricing, and a service built around the one thing this operation was already good at.

Who answers your calls

Your calls are answered by trained receptionists working for the same company that has run this service in Europe since 2007 — not a subcontracted call center, and not a voice model. The team is 15 receptionists on staff, trained on your script before your line goes live, and every one of them answers in English and Spanish.

If you want to know exactly where the person answering your line sits, ask us on the intake call and we’ll tell you, plainly and without marketing gloss.

How we work

Decisions already made, all of them checkable:

A person on every call. No AI voice agent, at any hour, on any plan. Software writes the summary; it never speaks to your caller. The longer argument.

Two languages, one seat. English and Spanish handled by the same receptionist on the same number. No menu, no transfer, no surcharge. How it works.

We don’t record calls. The service is answering, message taking and scheduling — recordings aren’t part of it and aren’t switched on by default. What we do hold.

One answered call, one price. Not per minute. Booking, transferring and escalating are part of the call. Pricing.

The company

CloudSecretary is operated by Yo Respondo Telesecretariado S.L., registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, tax ID B-85171379, at Comunidad de Canarias 46, 28231 Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain.

A US entity is planned as the market grows. Until it exists we’d rather publish the company that actually signs your contract than invent an address in a city we don’t have an office in.

Questions people ask

Who is CloudSecretary?

CloudSecretary is the US answering service operated by Yo Respondo Telesecretariado S.L., a company founded in 2007 that handles over 44,000 calls a month for more than 800 clients with 15 in-house receptionists.

How long have you been answering calls?

Since 2007 — nineteen years as of 2026. CloudSecretary is the US brand of that operation, not a separate startup.

Where is CloudSecretary based?

The operating company is based in Las Rozas, Madrid (Spain), and has answered calls from there since 2007. CloudSecretary serves US businesses on US numbers; a US entity is planned as the market grows. Where the person answering your line sits is a fair question — ask it on the intake call and you'll get a plain answer.

Are you related to YoRespondo?

Yes. YoRespondo is the same company's Spanish-market brand. Same operation, same people, different market and different pricing.

Do you use AI to answer calls?

No. A person answers every call at every hour. Software only writes the summary afterwards.
