Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site remember things between pages and visits — that you dismissed a banner, which language you chose — and let the site’s owner understand how the site is used.
This page covers cookies and equivalent technologies: local storage, pixels and tags.
2. Who is responsible
Yo Respondo Telesecretariado S.L. (tax ID B-85171379), Comunidad de Canarias 46, 28231 Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain. Questions: info@cloudsecretary.com.
3. What we use them for
Strictly necessary. Remembering your cookie choice so we don’t ask again on every page. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
Analytics. Understanding which pages people read, how they arrive and where they stop, so we can improve the site. Aggregated, and only with your consent.
Marketing. Measuring whether a campaign brought a visitor, and not showing the same advertisement to someone who has already contacted us. Only with your consent.
4. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cs_consent |
CloudSecretary | Remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again | Strictly necessary | 12 months |
_ga, _ga_* |
Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) | Distinguishes visitors and measures how the site is used, including which campaign brought you | Analytics / Marketing | Up to 24 months |
Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookie: it only loads Google Analytics, and only after you accept. Our contact forms use no cookies; spam protection works without them. Session storage holds campaign parameters for the length of your visit and is cleared when you close the tab.
Third-party cookies are set by those providers under their own policies. Google’s is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites beyond the campaign measurement described above.
5. Your choices
On the banner. When you first visit you can accept all, reject all but the strictly necessary ones, or choose by category. Rejecting is one click, in the same place and the same size as accepting — you don’t have to hunt for it.
Changing your mind. Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, at any time, on any page.
In your browser. Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of this site working, including forms.
6. What happens to calls
Nothing on this page applies to telephone calls. Cookies are a website matter. What we capture on a call, how long it’s kept and who can see it is in our Privacy Policy and, in plain language, on our security page.
We do not record calls.
7. Changes
We will post any change here and update the date. If we add a new category of cookie we will ask for your consent again.
